REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Veganfornia has a 30 day return & exchange policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You must request your return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your delivery. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
For any undamaged product, you may return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt), and a Return Note Provide By Us within 15 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [masks, intimate wear, earrings, etc.
(Any items not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error are excluded.)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged due not enough inventory on sale items.
Items will be exchanged for same item only.
(For faulty reason or different size option)

To obtain a full refund, all merchandise must be:
1. (Not Used, Worn, Washed, or Altered)
2. Must be requested within 15 days of receiving your delivery.
3. Accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
4. Have a Return Note before mailing it back to us.
5. Be in original packaging.
6. Have all tags intact.
*Items will be refunded in the same form of payment in which it was purchased.
Please note, some products may be excluded from exchanges or returns due to Hygiene reasons. (masks, intimate wear, earrings, etc.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a return note.
Please note - you will need to contact us first to obtain a Return Note before sending any items back to our address. Items returned without a returns note will not be viable for refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
