FULFILLMENT POLICY

Veganfornia has a 30 day fulfillment period policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, and you have not received a tracking number, you may request a full refund. 

Worldwide shipping is available for all our items, but unfortunately due to COVID-19 , some couriers may not be delivering to your area.

Veganfornia will email a tracking number to you at time of shipping. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to be activated. 

 

You can see courier contact information on their page. You will know your courier once you receive your tracking number.

 

We offer worldwide shipping.

Express Delivery is available at an extra charge.

 

SHIPPING A RETURN
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. 
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.

How do I return an item?

 

To re return an item please do the following:

1. Read our Refund & Exchange policy.

2. Request your return note within 15 days of receiving order

3.Have a your receipt & Return Note Before mailing your item back.
